Since our apartments will be fully paid for without a loan, we will be able to keep the rent affordable without needing to increase the rent yearly. Cartee Estates will be able to update the apartments from the allocated funds without needing to raise its rent, despite undergoing major upgrades in every apartment. While our major 6-phase renovations are scheduled for efficiency, our commitment to safety and affordability begins the moment we hold the keys.
